At Inferno Jars, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every candle purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following terms:
1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
- You may return or exchange any unused and undamaged candles within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
